Terms and Conditions - Ladies Build With AI

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of digital courses via our website.

1. You are purchasing access to a digital course for a fixed fee (€100 or €250 including VAT).
2. After payment, you will receive access to an online learning platform containing lessons, materials, and up to six hours of support.
3. The course does not result in a formal certificate, diploma, or recognized qualification.
4. Content is based on current best practices and developments in the field of AI.

1. Payment is made in advance through our online payment provider Stripe.
2. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the learning platform.
3. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Under Article 6:230p sub e of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal is waived once the delivery of digital content has begun. By accepting these terms, you agree that delivery begins immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal.

1. As access is granted immediately, refunds are not possible after purchase.
2. You may delete your account at any time. This terminates access to the course but does not entitle you to a refund.

1. Course materials are for personal use only.
2. You may not share, resell, copy, or publish any course content without permission.
3. We reserve the right to update or change course content at any time.

1. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, but no guarantees are made regarding your results.
2. Launchpads AI is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the course or platform.
3. You are responsible for how you apply the knowledge gained.

1. We may amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
2. In case of significant changes, you will be notified by email.
