Give your employees or communities the opportunity to learn AI in a hands-on setting. We organize the experience, helping your company create an impact without the operational burden.

We tailor every event to your company's context, audience, and goals. Here are the formats we run most often.
A hands-on evening or afternoon session for women at your company. Participants go from zero to building their first AI tool, with no coding background needed.
A half-day or full-day hackathon for your mixed team. Teams build real AI-powered prototypes around a challenge relevant to your business. We facilitate, coach, and celebrate the results.
An accessible, hands-on AI literacy session open to everyone — from product managers to finance to ops. Participants leave knowing what AI can actually do for their work, and having built something themselves.
Invite staff to bring their kids or teens (age 10+) for a fun intro-to-AI day. We design age-appropriate sessions that demystify technology and inspire the next generation of builders.

This event, called De Connectie Code, was organised during Mother's Day and was hosted at Prosus HQ which is one of Amsterdam's most iconic AI spaces. The goal of this event was to educate ourselves about AI and create a learning experience where different generations could connect on the topic of AI and build something together.

For International Women's Day, Lovable partnered with us to host a full hands-on building day at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Women with no coding background shipped their first live app, in just a couple of hours.

A Thursday evening for women curious about Claude and Claude Code — technical and non-technical attendees welcome. Three speakers shared real workflows, from engineering best practices to SEO automation to marketing without code.

You open your office for a few hours. In return, your company gets genuine community engagement, real DEI impact, and a story worth telling.
Every session is built around doing. Participants leave having actually built something — an AI tool, an automated workflow, a prototype. That's what makes the learning stick, and what makes the event worth talking about.
Hosting an event with Ladies Build With AI puts your brand in front of a community of 1,000+ women in tech — and signals to your own team that you invest in inclusion, not just talk about it.
Companies that create learning experiences attract people who want to grow. Hosting a community AI event is a strong signal to current employees and future candidates that you take that seriously.
We design the programme, curate the speakers, build the registration page, handle promotion, and run the event on the day. You focus on welcoming your guests — we handle everything else.
“A hackathon where my sons taught me as much about AI as I taught them. De Connectie Code has created something genuinely special, and I'm glad my family got to be part of it.”

Don't have an office to host, but want to contribute? We welcome companies who want to sponsor our community events. As a sponsor, your brand is featured in our event promotion, social media, and across the Ladies Build With AI channels — putting you in front of a community of ambitious, tech-curious women.
Sponsorship is a great fit if your company has a DEI, talent, or community budget and wants to align with inclusion in AI. Whether you sponsor a single event or partner with us for a series, we'll make sure your contribution is visible and meaningful.

If your company needs a full training programme — not just a one-off event — we have dedicated formats for that too.
