Event formats we offer

We tailor every event to your company's context, audience, and goals. Here are the formats we run most often.

Women in AI Evening

A hands-on evening or afternoon session for women at your company. Participants go from zero to building their first AI tool, with no coding background needed.

Company AI Hackathon

A half-day or full-day hackathon for your mixed team. Teams build real AI-powered prototypes around a challenge relevant to your business. We facilitate, coach, and celebrate the results.

AI Literacy for All Staff

An accessible, hands-on AI literacy session open to everyone — from product managers to finance to ops. Participants leave knowing what AI can actually do for their work, and having built something themselves.

Bring Your Kids / Teens Day

Invite staff to bring their kids or teens (age 10+) for a fun intro-to-AI day. We design age-appropriate sessions that demystify technology and inspire the next generation of builders.

What your company gets

You open your office for a few hours. In return, your company gets genuine community engagement, real DEI impact, and a story worth telling.

01

Real AI skills, not slide decks

Every session is built around doing. Participants leave having actually built something — an AI tool, an automated workflow, a prototype. That's what makes the learning stick, and what makes the event worth talking about.

02

Visible DEI commitment

Hosting an event with Ladies Build With AI puts your brand in front of a community of 1,000+ women in tech — and signals to your own team that you invest in inclusion, not just talk about it.

03

Employer brand & talent attraction

Companies that create learning experiences attract people who want to grow. Hosting a community AI event is a strong signal to current employees and future candidates that you take that seriously.

04

Zero operational burden

We design the programme, curate the speakers, build the registration page, handle promotion, and run the event on the day. You focus on welcoming your guests — we handle everything else.

What hosts say

“A hackathon where my sons taught me as much about AI as I taught them. De Connectie Code has created something genuinely special, and I'm glad my family got to be part of it.”

What does it take to host?

Everything you need to know before opening your doors.

Looking for structured staff training instead?

If your company needs a full training programme — not just a one-off event — we have dedicated formats for that too.
